Getting Started
| Step 1: |
Either call us toll

complete an online Customer Profile by
clicking here. After fully understanding
your tutoring needs, we will go about the task
identifying appropriate tutors. Sometimes matching
can take up to a week, but usually less than that.
Thereafter, you'll get a chance to review the profiles
of our available tutors, talk to them and choose the
one who is right for you. |

| Step 2: |
After selecting tutor, he or she will come to your home at a time that is convenient for you,
to begin working with your son or daughter. Your
student can meet with his or her tutor as little or as
often as you like. If it
is just homework help that you seek, then the tutor and
student can begin working together right away (after
completing a brief initial intake).

| Step 3: |
If you feel your son or daughter has learning gaps that may
stretch back to a prior grade, or much earlier in the
school year, then a formal assessment of the student is recommended.
An assessment includes testing & observation and
concludes with a written report, usually within two
weeks of your start date. This 3-4 page document
will tally the student's strengths, weaknesses, study
habits, problem-solving skills, retention level and
other attributes. Based on these results, we will design a tutoring program to
address the student's needs. |
